How are you protecting clients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic?

What We Will Do

We have taken all steps to follow the latest HK Government guidelines in each of our clinics. Our staff will practice the following protocols:

  • Enhanced cleaning measures throughout the day, with frequent wipe down of all surfaces, door handles, equipment and products after each use.
  • Staff will wear masks at all times in the clinic, and our Therapists also wear gloves during every treatment.
  • Employee temperatures are taken before each shift. If any of our team members have a temperature or show any signs of sickness they will be sent home.
  • Hand sanitizer and facial masks are available to clients upon entering our clinics.
  • We practice and enforce social distancing within our clinics.

What We Request You To Do

Please follow the below protocols for the safety of our staff and clients:

  • Wear a face covering. Skin Laundry follows all Government and health department regulations and recommendations when requiring our clients to wear a face covering while inside the clinic, regardless of vaccination status. If you need a mask, our clinic team members can provide you with a brand new one.
  • Stay home if you show signs of any illness or are under local quarantine orders. Our team will require all clients to review our COVID-19 consent form. Should you show any signs of sickness you will be kindly asked to reschedule your appointment.

How often should I get a laser facial?

Just like doing laundry, establishing a routine to maintain clean, bright, healthy skin will keep your skin glowing for the long-term. Our skincare experts will create a customized treatment plan for which services and how frequently you can visit to help you achieve your personal skin goals. For maintaining healthy, glowing skin we recommend purchasing one of our bundles that best fits your customize plan.

Who performs the facials?

All Skin Laundry clinics are staffed with licensed healthcare professionals, highly trained and overseen by our extensive team of qualified medical professionals, including multiple board-certified dermatologists. Each and every Laser Specialist receives rigorous and ongoing training on Skin Laundry protocols.

Can I receive laser facials during pregnancy and/or while I am nursing?

Yes! Our laser facials are safe to do during pregnancy and/or nursing. We always recommend that our pregnant/nursing clients consult and receive approval from their OB/GYN prior to receiving treatment. Please be sure to indicate on your medical intake form or let our medical professionals know if you are pregnant and/or nursing so that they can customize your treatment plan accordingly.

How much is a laser facial?

Do you treat minors?

Yes, we do offer treatments to minors who are at least 16 years of age. We do require that a parent or legal guardian book on their behalf. Valid photo ID is required for both parent/legal guardian and minor. Student ID + Birth Certificate or any government issued ID are valid proof of ID for minors.

What is your late/cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us 12 hours notice or a HK$200 fee will be charged. If you arrive late, we’ll simply reduce your treatment time accordingly to avoid cutting the next client’s appointment short. However, if you are more than 5 minutes late you’ll be charged a HK$200 cancellation fee and will need to make a new appointment.You can cancel your appointment by signing into your account here selecting your name and navigating to “Appointments”.

What is your return policy?

Unused Skin Laundry products purchased in clinic may be returned for a full refund of original payment within 30 days if unused and in original packaging with an original receipt. We do not accept returns of opened and used products, returns without original receipt, Skin Laundry products purchased from other retailers. Please note Skin Laundry Gift Cards cannot be returned, replaced if lost or stolen; so they and should be treated like cash. Our Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law, but they never expire. Lastly, we practice a strict no refund policy on services performed, nor bundles.

Can I bring my children and/or pets to my treatment?

In order to provide excellent and safe customer service we have Supervision Policy in place that we kindly ask all of our clients to adhere to. We have implemented this policy in order to maintain a welcoming and comfortable experience for everyone.  While we’d love provide supervision for children and/or pets, we cannot guarantee that our clinic team members would have the ability to do so. More importantly, we cannot be held responsible for our client’s children and/or pets.

*We cannot allow a child or pet in the treatment room due to eye safety. This policy applies to service animals as well.
