How are you protecting clients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic? 

 

What We Will Do

Our staff will practice the following protocols:

  • Temperatures taken before each shift. If any of our team members have a temperature or show any signs of sickness they will be sent home.

  • Gloves and masks to be worn by all staff. Our client coordinators will wear cloth masks during the entire shift while our Registered Nurses will wear N-95 masks as well as a face shield during facials.

  • 6 feet apart. Our staff will be enforcing and practicing social distancing within our clinics. 

  • Frequent deep cleaning. Our staff will wipe down iPads, counters, door handles, beds, lasers, products touched/used after each use. 

    What We Need You To Do

    We need your help following the below protocols for the safety of our staff and clients:

    • Appointments must be made online. In order to reduce the number of clients in our clinics at a time, you must have an appointment booked. We will only be allowing a maximum of 4 clients in the clinic at a time to help maintain 6 feet apart. 
    • Masks will be required. You must wear a mask upon entering our clinics and can only be taken off during your facial. If you do not have a mask to wear we will provide you a brand new one.
    • Temperatures will be taken upon entering the clinic. Our team will use touchless thermometers. Should you have a temperature or showing any signs of sickness you will be asked to reschedule your appointment online and denied entry into the clinic. 

    • Gloves must be worn. We will be providing all clients a new pair of gloves to wear during your visit. 

    • Restrooms for staff only. We ask that you come with a bare face to eliminate having to touch our vanity as well as the need to use our restrooms as they will only be available to our staff.

    Who performs the treatment?

    Our facials are performed by experienced, registered nurses who receive rigorous and ongoing training on Skin Laundry protocols. Our treatment staff is overseen by a team of medical advisors including Board Certified dermatologists and internal medicine practitioners.

    What areas of the skin can be treated?

    Skin Laundry Laser facials treats the face. Our Neck & Chest Add-On treats the neck and chest. Our Hand Add-On treats the hands. 

    Does it hurt?

    No. You’ll feel a mild tingling sensation that is noticeable but not painful.

        How soon will I see results? 

        After your first treatment, you will immediately notice cleaner, clearer, brighter, tighter and smoother skin. Regular, frequent treatments lead to optimal results. Improvements will accelerate after each additional session. Please note that everyone’s skin is unique and individual results may vary.

        How many treatments do I need?

        That depends on your individual needs. We believe in establishing a regular, convenient routine you can stick to both for treatment of any issues like acne or uneven skin tone as well as ongoing maintenance to keep your skin clean, bright, healthy and breakout free. Our knowledgeable skincare professionals will work with you to create your ideal treatment plan based on your needs.

        How often should I go?

        Just like doing laundry, we believe in establishing a weekly routine to maintain clean, bright, healthy skin. Once you have achieved your personal skin goals like clearing acne, sunspots or scars, we recommend a weekly Laser Facial. On average, Skin Laundry clients receive three facials per month.

        Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

        Cancellations and Reschedules more than 12 hours in advance:

        You are allowed to cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 12 hours in advance. Simply sign-in here and navigate to the Manage appointments section.

        Cancellations and Reschedules within 12 hours / No Show:

        If you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment start time, you will be charged $25.

        Do you have a late policy?

        If you arrive late, we’ll simply reduce your treatment time accordingly to avoid cutting the next client’s appointment short. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late you’ll be charged a $25 cancellation fee and will need to make a new appointment.

        Why do I need a credit card to book?

        We require a credit card to guarantee your appointment however, your credit card will not be charged unless you fail to cancel more than 12 hours prior to the start of your appointment or are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment.  To review our cancellation policy in its entirety, please do so here.

        Do you treat minors?

        Yes, we do offer treatments to minors who are at least 13 years of age. We do require that a parent or legal guardian book on their behalf. Valid photo ID is required for both parent/legal guardian and minor. Student ID + Birth Certificate or any government issued ID are valid proof of ID for minors.

        Do you accept gratuity?

        Yes, we allow our nurses to accept gratuity. We have now made it easier to leave gratuity by allowing you to tip on your credit card. Please note gratuity is always appreciated by our nurses for providing quality service but is not required. 

        How do I cancel my membership?
